High Quality Musts
White Must : Industria Vinicola Fiore S.r.l. is obtained from fresh and selected white grapes, preserving the aromatic and gustatory characteristics of the fruit. Its light golden colour and delicate aromas of citrus, green apple and white flowers are the sign of uncompromising quality. On the palate, it is fresh and light, with a pleasant acidity, ideal for culinary preparations and natural drinks.
Red Musts: Our is produced from high quality red grapes, with an intense ruby red color and aromas rich in dark fruits such as black cherries and plums, enriched by slight spicy notes. Its robust structure and deep taste, with balanced tannins and good persistence, make it perfect for the production of wines and vinegars balsamic of high quality.
