WHITE Must
The White Must is obtained from fresh and selected white grapes, preserving the aromatic and gustatory characteristics of the fruit.
Its light golden colour reflects the purity and freshness of the grapes used.
On the nose, the White Must gives off delicate aromas of citrus fruits, green apples and white flowers, while on the palate it is fresh, light and with a good acidity.

The red must is produced from red grapes, and stands out for its intense color and its rich and complex aromatic notes.
The deep ruby colour indicates the presence of anthocyanins, natural compounds responsible for the red tones and organoleptic characteristics.
On the nose, aromas of dark fruits such as black cherries and plums are perceived, along with slight spicy notes. On the palate, red must offers a robust structure and a deep taste, with well-balanced tannins and good persistence.
