The Industria Vinicola Fiore s.r.l. is equipped with a modern and well-equipped structure, designed to guarantee the highest quality in the production of wines and musts.

Our production capacity and state-of-the-art equipment allow us to manage every step of the grape processing process with maximum precision and efficiency.

Capacity and Structure of the Tanks

Our cellar has a total capacity of over 95,000 hectolitres, divided into different types of tanks and basins, all made of stainless steel and buried, to ensure the best conservation and processing of the product:

  • Stainless Steel Tanks from 2560 HL: 25 units, designed for fermentation and storage of large quantities of must.
  • Stainless Steel Tanks from 3200 HL: 5 units, ideal for handling higher volumes and ensuring excellent quality of the finished product.
  • Fermentini in Stainless Steel from 1065 HL: 4 units, used for the controlled fermentation process.
  • Underground Processing Tanks:
    • 1 tank from 1646 HL;
    • 1 tank of 1195 HL;
    • 1 tank from 705 HL;
    • 1 tank of 450 HL.

These tanks are designed for the processing and refining of must, ensuring precise control of fermentation conditions.

Equipment for Grape Processing

To guarantee the highest quality and efficiency in the processing of grapes into finished products, Industria Vinicola Fiore s.r.l. is equipped with modern equipment:

  • Pneumatic Presses VELO Model 500: 2 units, equipped with automatic pressing by PLC control, for a precise and gentle separation of the juice from the skins. 
  • Plate filters: 2 units, one for red must and one for white must, used for lees extraction and must clarification.
  • Continuous press with drainer: Used for a continuous and uniform pressing of the must.
  • Oenological pumps: Several units designed for the transfer of the finished must between tanks and tankers, ensuring a gentle movement without stress of the product.

Discharge and processing zones

Our facility includes well-equipped discharge areas, which include:

  • Coclea tanks: For the reception and initial treatment of grapes.
  • Crushing machines: For the effective separation of grapes from stalks and the preparation of must.
  • Tubing: Differentiated to treat red and white grapes separately, ensuring an optimal and hygienic management of the process.
